Used their back room for a post wedding brunch after our wedding in Branford this past weekend. Robin who was out point of contact made the planning of the event beyond easy, and everything was exactly what we expected on the day of. Our server and bartender were great, and the food was tasty and plentiful. We appreciated being able to bring leftovers home. Our server Dylan let us take home extras, customize the music and tv's, and was beyond attentive. Highly recommend hosting your events in their backroom. We comfortably had 45 people fit with no concerns. Thank you Eli's!

11-1-24 On A Positive Note: This was my first visit here. The atmosphere was very welcoming. I ordered the Cajun salmon. It was spicy and well seasoned. I ate it all. The Verdict: The Cajun salmon is a must try if you like spice. A Daily Diner

Was there last Night for a private party and the service was amazing, especially a young man that was taking care of the party. He was unbelievable. The food was amazing! Definitely recommend first time there will be back soon.

Went for dinner and had such a delicious salad with chicken, veggies, avocado. Had to bring the rest home . Great size portions. Very good service and lovely! atmosphere . We had a booth but you could also eat in the bar room. Will be going back because I want to try one of their delicious sandwiches.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Eli's Bar in Branford, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The Watermelon Strawberry Burrata was surprisingly delicious—such a unique and refreshing combination that I wasn't expecting to enjoy as much as I did. The Chicken Parm and Chicken Florentine were both absolutely amazing with a nice flavor. To top it all off, I tried the locally made Eli's Pilsner, which was a great complement to the meal. Our waitress, Maria, was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the evening. She made sure we had everything we needed and added a warm touch to our dining experience. I highly recommend Eli's Bar for anyone looking for great food, a cozy atmosphere, and top-notch service!

This was our first time eating at the Eli’s in Branford, but we’ve visited the one in Hamden a few times so we knew the food was going to be great! The eggroll sampler is a must, and they just have some of the best American comfort foods on the menu. Obsessed with the loaded croquettes and burger we had which came with fried provolone and and vodka sauce! The eggplant parm was a gorgeous stack, the Mac & Jack was super flavorful, and the spinach and artichoke dip was great too. They have a great selection of drinks to choose from, and they even had some new seasonal ones on there like the pumpkin spice margarita. The food came out quickly - we were in and out within an hour and were very impressed by that! Everything was clean, and the staff was attentive.
